1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the VeraSync website you agree to be bound by these terms and by all applicable law. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
2. Use Licence
Permission is granted to download one copy of the materials on this site for personal, temporary, non-commercial viewing. That permission does not extend to reproduction, distribution, sale, or use of the materials to build a competing product, and it may be revoked.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on this site are provided on an "as is" basis. VeraSync makes no warranty, express or implied, as to their accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. System descriptions, prices and timelines shown here are general information and not a binding offer — the only binding commitment is the one signed in a quotation or engagement agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall VeraSync or its suppliers be liable for damages arising out of the use, or inability to use, the materials on this site, including loss of data or loss of profit.
5. Intellectual Property
The design, text and code presented on this site are the property of VeraSync. For commissioned work, ownership of the final deliverable is set out in the engagement agreement; the default is that the client receives full ownership of the code written for them, and VeraSync retains the right to reuse general-purpose components and the ideas developed in the course of the work.
6. Scope and Changes
Project scope, timeline and fee are agreed in writing before work begins. A change in scope after approval is handled as a separately quoted addition, not as part of the original engagement.
7. External Links
This site may link to sites outside VeraSync's control. Such a link is not an endorsement, and no responsibility is taken for the content of those sites or for their privacy practices.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For questions about these terms: maya@verasync.tech.
